Migrate from the current ad-hoc setup to a proper Compose stack.

  • Back up /opt/forgejo/data before touching anything
  • Write proper Compose file with named volumes
  • Add to main VPS Compose stack
  • Test: web UI, HTTP clone, SSH clone on port 2222, push/pull
  • Remove the standalone /opt/forgejo setup once confirmed working
