Run BlueZ on the DK2 (or a Pi as stand-in) and act as a GATT server.

  • Add BlueZ to Yocto image (or test on Pi/laptop first)
  • Confirm Bluetooth hardware present (USB dongle or onboard)
  • Advertise as a peripheral with custom service
  • Connect from laptop and read/write characteristics
  • Python GATT server using dbus-python or bless
