Adapt ~/projects/dashboard to run on STM32MP157 before packaging it.

  • Inventory all dependencies (Python libs, framebuffer assumptions, display size)
  • Test on DK2 via SSH / manual copy — no Yocto yet
  • Fix any ARM/framebuffer-specific issues
  • Confirm it runs headlessly and stably on target before moving to packaging
